Ching Sun Charitable Foundation Inc is committed to purely charitable purposes, focusing on the promotion and preservation of Chinese cultural arts. We promote the traditional arts of Chinese cuisine in the United States by supporting research, educational programs, and workshops to enhance the skills of individuals in the Chinese restaurant industry. We also encourage the study of Chinese cuisine in culinary schools and stimulate public interest through hands-on workshops. Additionally, we foster appreciation for Chinese opera and culture by supporting educational and training activities worldwide to improve performers' skills. Our efforts extend to enriching the cultural heritage of the Chinese community in New York City through cultural events and initiatives. To support our mission, we acquire, lease, construct, and maintain facilities necessary to carry out these activities, ensuring a lasting impact on cultural preservation and education.
